Northville, MI Senior Photographer | Grace NHS Class of 2015

I had a busy week with three senior mini sessions for some of my model reps. Meet Grace, a soon to be senior at Northville High. I loved our pretty sunset light and the way it lit up her gorgeous hair. She brought a friend along and to make Grace laugh they were sharing most embarrassing moments and other funny memories which were also making me laugh!

Northville, MI Newborn Photographer | Sweet Lucy Grace

Sweet little 10 day old Lucy was an absolute dream to photograph! She slept through most of her session and barely made a peep! Her parents were so fun and easy going too. I love photographing first time parents. Their joy and awe is always written all over their faces, and I love being able to capture it in the photos. You may recognize Shannon from Mojo in the Morning on Channel 95.5! Love them; the only thing I miss about giving up my corporate career for photography is listening to Mojo during my commute!

Northville, MI Baby Photographer | Walker is 1!

This is a rather long post because I have so many favorites from this session and I couldn't narrow them down any further! I met this family last year at a wedding as we were both in line for the photo booth! Turns out we were both cousins of the bride, just opposite sides of the family. Then we also discovered we have kids one day apart! So I was super excited to see them again for Walker's first birthday shoot. We also got some adorable sibling shots, amazing what a bribe of chocolate milk will do :) We finished the session with a cake smash for the birthday boy, happy first birthday Walker!

Novi, MI Family Photographer | Color Color Color!

Hard to believe I first met this family when Ryan was only 6 months old and now he's 2 and has a little brother on the way! Their shoots tend to be some of my favorites; his mom always has fun ideas to try. Just like me she loves color; the first time I went to their new house I requested a tour because every room is a different color or theme, it's awesome! Plus they bring a little portable speaker and we rock out the whole time - Ryan has excellent taste in music :) Can't wait to meet your newest member soon!
