Every session with this little guy just gets better and better! Nolan is now 18 months and has the cutest little personality. I am crazy about the little leather coat and aviator look, whoever said boys are no fun to dress was LYING!

Northville, MI Baby Photographer | Lifestyle

I had the best intentions of doing one of those "365 day photo challenges" this year, but that lasted all of the first four days of January :) I still do my best to capture the everyday moments with my kids because these are the moments I want to remember. Posed photos are beautiful and nice to have, but someday I'll look back on this picture and instantly be transported to the day when my daughter realized she could splash in the bath. I'll remember her high pitched squeal of excitement and the way the water dripped down the window, the cabinets, and into puddles on the floor. I'll remember her four year old brother cracking up as he ate his apple and PB&J behind me watching his mom get soaked with bathwater. And Lissy taking our laughter as encouragement to splash even more....pictures are truly worth 1,000 words.

Plymouth, MI Senior Photographer | Meet Maureen

I feel like this winter will never end. There was just a news story yesterday that Detroit has officially had the worst winter in the country and it's no shock. We certainly had a cold, snowy day for Maureen's senior mini session. With temps in the teens and winds up to 40 mph, she was quite the trooper! Not to mention we had to walk through snow literally above our knees to get to this barn; it was my workout for the week! Maureen is one of my models for Salem High School and I'm really excited about working with her. Commerce, MI Baby Photographer | Bookworm

Check out this 7 month old cutie! I usually like to plan a few different set ups before a session and they don't always go as planned, but this time they did and I love the results! This is one of the easiest ages to photograph, I always recommend people get professional photos done at this age. Most babies can't move yet, at least not quickly, but they can sit up and interact with the camera so it makes it a lot of fun. This was my third session with Mr. Drew, and I'm loving watching him grow! His big sister is so good with him too, their sibling shots are just perfect!

Northville, MI Senior Photographer | Paige Class of 2015

Meet Paige, one of my Northville Class of 2015 model reps! She was amazing even while crossing frozen lakes in 15 degree weather :) Someone even asked if we were shooting for a magazine! For all of my models we do a free mini shoot to get some promotional images and then they have their full shoot later in the spring/summer. I loved that she was up for my winter shoot idea and I think we got some awesome shots. Her older sister scoped out the cool teepee spot. I always encourage my seniors to bring as many people as they'd like, it's great to get others' ideas too. So excited to work with you Paige, you're beautiful! Northville, MI Maternity Photographer | Littlest Fan

The Red Wings have a new little fan! How cute is this picture I took for my sister and brother in law?!?! I've been so excited to share this here. Not only do I love their adorable idea for a pregnancy announcement picture, but I'm also excited because it means I finally get to be an aunt! I sense many more photoshoots with this baby :) On a side note, check out their super cute dog, Dakota...she's wearing a normal adult sized jersey which cracked me up!

Northville High School Senior Photographer | New Album Preview

I'm so excited about these new album books I'm introducing. They are AMAZING quality with thick, lay-flat pages and they're insanely affordable. Seriously, they're nicer quality than my own wedding album. This one that I designed for my gorgeous senior sister is a 5x7 size with 20 pages, but you can get any size and add as many pages as you want. Metro Detroit Senior Photographer | Print Those Pics!

I found a new product that I'm crazy about - custom photo boxes. Beautiful, right? I'm including these with two of my senior collection packages. I also love how the foil stamping on the wallets turned out. This is included with the wallets in all of my senior packages. Digital images are great for sharing online, but there is nothing like having professional quality prints. I really encourage you to get your photos off your computer and onto your walls!
